Entry will be confirmed once your completed form has been received and your entry fee has been paid via internet banking. When making payment, please include your full name as the reference so your payment can be correctly identified.
Copyright violations will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any work found to be in breach of copyright will be withdrawn from the exhibition immediately.
A second form outlining sitting times will be sent closer to the exhibition date. Please note that sitting is a compulsory requirement of this exhibition. This form will also require you to complete your inventory of works and pricing. It must be completed and submitted to the Exhibition Team no later than one week prior to the exhibition opening.
Once flyers and brochures become available, all participating artists are expected to actively promote the exhibition.
